Project Payments
Payments made through our checkout reserve your project slot and cover the first project milestone. Because digital services involve immediate allocation of senior team time, we ask that you read the package details carefully before paying.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before the project kickoff call and before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund. Email us or WhatsApp +91 70989 34545 with your order number.
After Work Begins
Once design or development work has started, completed work is billable and refunded amounts are prorated based on work delivered. Monthly SEO plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle — no long lock-ins.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails after deduction or is charged twice, the payment provider (Razorpay/Stripe) automatically reverses it within 5–7 business days. Contact us with your order number and we will track it for you.
